Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable refrigerant recovery from a utilization unit where refrigerant leakage is detected to a heat source unit while continuing the operation of other utilization units where refrigerant does not leak in a heating/cooling simultaneous operation type air conditioner configured by connecting a plurality of utilization units, branch units and heat source units through three refrigerant communication pipes.SOLUTION: A heating/cooling simultaneous operation type air conditioner (1) includes refrigerant leakage detection means (57a,57b,57c,57d) that detect refrigerant leakage, a refrigerant adjustment container (41) capable of retaining the refrigerant in refrigerant adjustment pipes (42,45) branching the refrigerant from a liquid side of heat source side heat exchangers (24,25). When refrigerant leakage is detected, the refrigerant is recovered from the utilization unit(3a,3b,3c,3d) where refrigerant leakage is detected to a heat source unit(2) by opening a refrigerant adjustment inlet valve (43) provided on an inlet side of the refrigerant adjustment container(41).
