Abstract:
The invention provides a technology which can prevent powder bridging or powder obstruction in a heating device for heating powder. The heating device (1) comprises a heating hopper (20), in which powder (9) is stored; a heating mechanism (30) for heating the powder (9) in the heating hopper (20); a feeding mechanism (40) for feeding powder (9) into the heating hopper (20) from the upper part of the heating hopper (20); a discharge opening (202) for discharging powder (9) from the lower part of the heating hopper (20), and a control part (60) for controlling the heating mechanism and the feeding mechanism (40). The control part (60) controls the feeding mechanism (40) to supply powder (9) to the heating hopper (20), wherein the amount of the fed powder (9) is less than a predetermined amount. Then the heating mechanism (30) heats the powder (9). The feeding mechanism (40) stops to feed powder (9) after a predetermined time period. Due to the controlled amount, the phenomenon of bridging or obstruction is hard to happen, and the powder (9) is heated and stored in the heating hopper.
