Abstract:
To provide a heating device that can restrain degradation of a chamber caused by heat of superheated steam.SOLUTION: A heating device 2 comprises a chamber 6 for housing an object 4 to be heated, a superheated steam generation part 14 for supplying superheated steam into the chamber 6, and a microwave generation part 12 for emitting microwaves into the chamber 6. An inner surface of the chamber 6 includes an emitting surface 40 for emitting the microwaves into the chamber 6 by transmitting the microwaves from the microwave generation part 12, and a plurality of metal reflecting surfaces 42, 44, and 46 for reflecting the microwaves emitted from the emitting surface 40, arranged in the inner surface of the chamber 6 other than the emitting surface 40, and formed of metal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
