Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control temperature rise inside a refractory vessel when heating the refractory vessel inside with an inner surface side structured with refractory, to thereby properly heat whole the inside of the refractory vessel.SOLUTION: A lid member 20 is arranged to cover an upper opening of a refractory vessel 10 with at least an inner surface side structured with refractory 11 via a space S, and a burner 21 is provided penetrating through the lid member. For heating the inside of the refractory vessel with the burner, a continuous combustion control mechanism 31 controlling a combustion amount while continuously burning fuel with the burner, and an on-off combustion control mechanism 32 controlling the switching time of burning and stop of the fuel with the burner and controlling the combustion amount are provided, and a switching device 33 is provided switching the burning by the burner between the continuous combustion control mechanism and the on-off combustion control mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
