To securely prevent leak of lotion in a core member of a sperm collecting device using a heating device when the core member is heated, and to prevent a main part of the heating device which cannot be washed from being contaminated with lotion.

The heating device includes a heating device body 55 having a projected heating member 56 projected on one surface of a base seat 51, and a recessed sperm collecting device supporting surface 57 provided on a base seat surface, an electric heating unit 60 to heat the projected heating member, an inner cover 70 having a rod-shaped projection part 71 to receive heat transmission as the projected heating member is engaged in it from one end opening, and a recessed flange part 73 extended like a flange from the one end opening side of the rod-shaped projection part to cover the sperm collecting device supporting surface, and an outer cover 80 to cover the sperm collecting device as one end surface of the core member is engaged in the recessed part of the flange part, with the rod-shaped projection part engaged with the projected heating member inside inserted from an insertion opening of the core member into an insertion cavity.
