Abstract:
To provide a heating device which is used for measuring a liquid phase temperature of a sample to be heated under an inert atmosphere, which can measure an accurate liquid phase temperature, and in which the operation cost of the facility and the facility cost are cheap.SOLUTION: A heating device includes: a furnace core tube 10 capable of storing a powder glass material G, which is a sample to be heated, inside along a predetermined direction, and capable of sealing the inside; a temperature gradient furnace 70 for heating the furnace core tube 10 so that temperature distribution is acquired which has a temperature inclination along the predetermined direction; a vacuum mechanism 40 for performing vacuuming in the furnace core tube 10; and an inert gas supply mechanism 50 for supplying an inert gas to the inside of the furnace core tube 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
