Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a metal support body and a paint film layer conveyed to a heat drying part composed of hot-air heating units and an induction heating unit, always at optimum timing by the induction heating unit.
SOLUTION: In this heating dryer 22, four hot-air heating units 26 and one induction heating unit 28 are installed on a base 24. These heating units 26, 28 constitute a heating unit row 30 for drying a photosensitive layer formed on an aluminum web 12, by heating. Four hot-air heating units 26 are supported on the base 24 movably along a conveying direction (a direction of an arrow mark F), and the induction heating unit 28 is detachably mounted on the base 24. In the heating dryer 22, the arrangement of the induction heating unit 28 in the heating unit row 30 is changed with either one of the second one to the fifth one according to the applied quantity or the like of a photosensitive liquid paint onto the aluminum web 12.
