Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device in which heating and drying time can be shortened and a heating step can be shortened by quickly rising a temperature of a glass board.
CONSTITUTION: A glass board 7 conveyed by rollers 6 is heated and dried by upper and lower heating plates 8. An insertion hole 9 for observing an outer peripheral upper position of the rollers 6 is formed at the plate 8, installed at an upper position than the outer peripheral upper position of a rotary shaft 5 and approached to the board 7. In order to cool the shaft 5, a reflecting plate 10 is installed at an upper position than the outer peripheral upper position of the shaft 5 and at a lower position than the outer peripheral upper position of the shaft 5. Thus, a temperature of the board can be quickly raised to shorten a heating time and to shorten a heating step.
