Abstract:
To provide a new electric heating element having a film or sheet shape of a laminating structure including an electric conductive layer.
The heating element is a new heating element (8) and includes at least one base material (1) and at least one electrical resistance layer (4) attached to the base plate by a binder (3) obtained from dispersion solution, solvent or powders of at least one type of polymers having a melting temperature greater than an operating temperature of the heating element and capable of being attached to the base plate as a thin layer.
