Title:
HEATING ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6484588
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a heating element with heat storing property by juxtaposing heat media liquid storing chambers at multiple independent chambers by an elastic material in an adjacent manner to the planer resilient heating element, and by applying ethylene grycole, silicon oil, and the like as the heat media liquid.

CONSTITUTION: A planer heating element 12 is made of fine pieces of graphite and the like and polymer and has elastic property. Under the surface of the element 12, an elastic heat insulating material 14 is adhered by an adhesive. Upon the surface thereof, a heat media liquid storing chamber 18 is adhered with an adhesive 20. The chambers 18 are formed into multiple independent chambers by a material such as silicone rubber, plastic or the like having elasticity. Inside the chambers, the heat media liquid 22 of glycol such as ethylene grycol, or silicone oil or the like is sealed. Consequently, the element 12 can have heat storing property, whereby it can be applied for a snow melting device and the like.
