To provide a warming appliance capable of improving the quality of evacuation life in a case of disaster.SOLUTION: A mat for disaster 1 for getting warmth is formed with a mat-like container 11, a mat-like bag, including a heat storage material 22, the heat storage material 22 can store the heat by being exposed to the sunlight, warms around the mat for disaster 1 in bed by releasing the stored heat in the heat storage material 22.
