Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a heating time for a concrete block more constant than before.
SOLUTION: The facility is composed of a vertical heating tower 4a in which the concrete blocks B supplied from upward are heated by hot air, a concrete block B supply means 32 supplying the concrete blocks B toward the heating tower 4a, a discharge means 42 which discharges the concrete blocks B from under the heating tower 4a, and a transfer means 43 which transfers the concrete blocks B to a tumbling means 5. Wherein the discharge means 42 controls the discharge amount of the concrete blocks B so that a load of the transfer means 43 is kept in a predetermined range, and the supply means 32 controls the supply amount of the concrete blocks B so that the upper surface level of the concrete blocks B in the heating tower 4a is kept in a predetermined range.
