Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perfectly prevent a pedestal from being deformed so as to accurately and stably support a container by providing a heat generating wire protrusion avoiding lever extending in an axial direction with blocking part of a heater containing channel on an inner circumferential face of a heating furnace.
SOLUTION: A closing portion for narrowing an opening of a heat generating wire containing channel 2 is not provided but instead e.g. four heat generating wire protrusion avoiding levers 7, which extends in an axial direction on an inner circumferential face of a heating furnace 1 and are spaced apart with each other, are arranged in a circumferential direction to close part of the heat generating wire containing channel 2. About half of each of the levers is buried within the heating furnace 1 and is fixed with an adhesive 8 on the inner circumferential surface of the heating furnace 1 at portions where the heat generating wire containing channel 2 is not formed. Thus, heat is prevented from being confined within the heat generating wire containing channel 2 and since a pedestal is formed by arranging bricks in a parquetry pattern, the pedestal is prevented from being deformed.
