Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a physical structure for large-capacity storage subsystem in which element exchange can be performed easily.

CONSTITUTION: A physical structure is provided with a plurality of groups of disk units, power sources AL1 and AL2 for at least one unit, a front section PAV which carries a plurality of laterally arranged disk units and is provided with a set of parallel plates P1-P6, a central section which carries one electronic card connected to the units, a rear section provided with a power source, and a basket bottom face FP connected to the electronic card of each plate P1-P6.
