Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the correct measuring of the temperature of the whole surface of a resin sheet by few radiation thermometers by a method wherein at least one set of radiation thermometer is installed so as to be capable of selecting either a measuring position on the surface of the resin sheet or a retreated position out of the surface of the sheet, in the inside of a heating furnace.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of resin sheet A transporting chains 10, 11 are arranged at the central part of up-and-down direction in a heating furnace (a) in a state running along both side walls 1, 2 of the furnace (a) A pair of heaters 14, 15 are arranged in the heating furnace (a) in parallel to an upper surface wall 3 and a bottom surface wall 4 respectively. Further, a pair of sprockets 16, 16'; 17, 17' are arranged on both side walls 1, 2 of the heating furnace (a) respectively in upper-and-lower two stages while a pair of chains 18, 19 are wound around the sprockets. A pair of radiation thermometers 25, 27 are mounted on respective chains 18, 19 while the temperature detecting units 26, 28 of respective thermometers are opposed while pinching respective transporting chains 10, 11. According to this method, the temperature of the whole surface of the resin sheet A can be measured correctly by few sets of radiation thermometers 25, 27.
