Abstract:
To provide a heating furnace and a workpiece temperature acquiring method in the heating furnace by which a temperature of a workpiece heated in the furnace can be acquired precisely.SOLUTION: A heating furnace includes a deformation part 80 which is arranged on a heat exchanger W and changes its shape when heated at a predetermined temperature or higher, and a camera 71 which detects the shape of the deformation part 80. A controller acquires a temperature of the heat exchanger W on the basis of the shape of the deformation part 80 detected by the camera 71. Thereby, the temperature of the heat exchanger W can be acquired by monitoring a change of the shape of the deformation part 80, and bonding failure of metal components of the heat exchanger W caused by insufficient heating in a furnace can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
