Abstract:
To provide a heating furnace having a heat reflecting plate usable at a high temperature and suppressing heat transfer along an external wall by heat conduction because a reflection factor falls greatly due to oxidation at the high temperature although a metal plate with a large reflection factor is usable as the heat reflecting plate of the heating furnace.
The heating furnace has the heat reflecting plate improved in the reflection factor of specific wavelength by forming, on the surface, a micro structure 1 laminated to have in-plane periodicity and lamination periodicity by controlling the grain diameter and arrangement method of ceramic grains.
