Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating furnace where heat therein is made hard to escape, and adiabaticity is increased.SOLUTION: Provided is a heating furnace 1 comprising: a furnace body 5; ventilation means 7; carrying means 9; intake means 11; exhaust means 13; and heating means 15. A fan driving shaft 33 of sirocco fan driving means 31 of the ventilation means 7 and a conveyor driving shaft 43 of a conveyor driving source 37 of the exhaust means 13 are made hollow and are connected to the outside air introduction pipe 45 of the intake means 11 and the exhaust pipe 49 of the exhaust means 13 to form the introduction passage of the outside air and the exhaust passage of the gas in the furnace body 5, and the introduction of the outside air and the exhaust of the gas are performed. In this way, the heating furnace 1 has no need of special piping for suction-exhaust, the heat in the furnace body 5 is made hard to escape to the outside, and the adiabaticity of the furnace body 5 can be increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
