Abstract:
To provide a heating furnace contributing to the improvement in the uniformity of an inner furnace temperature.SOLUTION: A heating furnace comprises: a furnace boy; a storage space for the object to be heated provided in the furnace body; an exhaust port; and a heat insulation material interposed between the storage space and the exhaust port and having a columnar honeycomb structural part provided with a ceramic partition sectionally forming a plurality of cells elongating from either bottom face to the other bottom face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
