Abstract:
To uniformly heat a material to be heated by optimizing a size of a hot plate with regard to a size of the material, thereby eliminating a temperature difference between an end and the center of the material.
The heating furnace 1 heats a material 4 to be heated by passing the material 4 via an air gap between a hot plate 1 having a heat source and a reflecting plate 2 installed at an opposed side of the plate 1. In this case, the plate 1 is larger than the material 4. A distance (d) from a point where a vertical line is extended from an end of the material 4 to arrive at the plate 1 to the end of the plate 1 is 5 to 100 mm.
