To provide a heating and heat insulating pipe and a flue gas sampling system using the pipe dispensing with a heat source an temperature control causing a high cost.
The heating and heat insulating pipe is provided with a heat pipe 4 for heating a conductor 3 on the external peripheral side of the conductor 3. In addition, a soaking layer 5 is provided for covering the conductor 3 and the heat pipe 4 and an heat insulating layer 6 and a protective cover 7 are provided in this order on the external side of the soaking layer 5. In the flue gas sampling system, the heat pipe 4, the lower end section of which is inserted on or drawn near the lower side of a flue 10 more than a gas sampling portion, is provided along a conductor for moving the gas in the range from the center to the upper section of the flue 10 to an analyzing and monitoring chamber 2. The conductor 3 and the heat pipe 4 are covered by the soaking layer 5, and the heat insulating layer 6 and the protective cover 7 are provided in this order on the external side of the soaking layer 5.
