CONSTITUTION: When a device body 1 is assembled by fitting and joining a rear surface plate 4 to a front surface plate 3, a cylindrical member 6 is held and supported between clamping parts 12 which are provided respectively to the front surface plate 3 and the rear surface plate 4, and accordingly, a heat insulating container 2 composed of the cylindrical member 6 and a bottom plate 7 can be assembled simply in the device body 1.
