PURPOSE: To eliminate oxidation, bubble generation and nonuniformity of temperature during melting and recycling and thereby obtain a uniform molded product of high quality by vacuum-pumping the inside of a melting device, dessolving/ stirring, and applying pressure with inert gas at the time of delivery.
CONSTITUTION: When waste magnetic tape is molten and recycled, a heating burner 1 is started to preheat the inside of the body 3 of a melting device using a thermal space part 2. Next, resin material (a) is charged through a charging hatch 4 of the body 3, then the resin material (a) is molten and blended while a stirring blade 5 is driven to rotate by means of a drive part 6, after hermetically closing the body 3, and the inside of the body 3 is reduced to a vacuum state by a vacuum pump 7. Consequently, even a raw material which can easily be separated by specific gravity is distributed in a constant condition and the temperature is also kept uniform. After this, the vacuum pump 7 is stopped and a compressor 8 is started to pressurize the body 3 of the melting device. Finally, the raw material for melting is directly poured into a mold from an injection nozzle 9.
