The heating device 2 comprises the heating chamber 11 for heating the work with hot air 5, a driving chamber 21 connected to the heating chamber 11 via an outward flow path 13 and a homeward flow path 14, a rocking plate 24 having reciprocating motion in the driving chamber 21, and a heater 31 for reheating air in the flow paths 13, 14. In the heating device 2, the direction of the hot air 5 to be supplied to the heating chamber 11 is changed and so the hot air 5 is uniformly supplied to the work 10, thus actualizing uniform heating.
