Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a rotor core and a ring with an appropriate calorie.SOLUTION: Disclosed heating method includes the steps of: disposing a ring 12 in contact with at least one end face of a rotor core 11 which has a cylinder shape and has a hollow structure communicating both end faces of the cylinder shape; disposing a magnetic flux shield plate 23 so as to be separated away from the rotor core 11 and the ring 12 and face at the end face; and heating the rotor core 11 and the ring 12 in a manner of induction heating. In the magnetic flux shield plate 23, the thickness in an area covering the ring 12 is thicker than an area covering the rotor core 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
