Abstract:
To improve the thermal efficiency of a heating oven by reducing the amount of decrease in temperature in a return space in a row of rollers of a conveyor in a circulation conveyor type heating oven.
At least one heat transfer holes 7a are provided in a middle partition wall 7 that is located between a heating space B and a return space A, thus transferring residual heat in the heating space B into the return space A and hence increasing temperature in the return space A without newly consuming energy. As a result, the amount of temperature decrease of a row of rollers 1 a decreases, thus reducing energy loss being generated by reheating the row of rollers 1a in the heating space B.
