To provide a heating relaxation system making a user comfortable and relieving pains and stiffness of the user by optionally and easily warming a part of the user's body in addition to the heating action within the whole room.
The heating relaxation system includes: a relaxation room 1 whose interior is heated at prescribed temperature; a heating means (a panel heater 13) for heating the interior of the relaxation room 1 at the prescribed temperature; salt blocks 3 made from a melt-molded product of purified salt and/or natural salt; and a warming storage compartment 4 for retaining the salt blocks 3 in the heated state at the prescribed temperature. The user P uses the salt blocks 3, ... in the heated state taken out of the warming storage compartment 4 to be applied to the body of the user P within the relaxation room 1.
