Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to supply release oil by making the temp. distribution within a roll uniform, thereby suppressing the temp. increase of a non-paper passage part and allowing the liquid packed therein to bleed gradually onto the surface. SOLUTION: The core 9 of the heating roll 1 comprises an endless belt internally packed with the liquid. This endless belt comprises a single layer film formed by using metals, resins, ceramics, glass or carbon fibers or films formed by combining >=2 kinds thereof of any thereof or forming the same into double layers. The heating roll 1 described above, the pressurizing roll and the fixing device are provided.
