Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating system that can rapidly heat an object.SOLUTION: A heating system 1 comprises: a rapid heating chamber 30 communicating with a refractory furnace 10; a door 42 provided so as to be openable and closable between the rapid heating chamber 30 and the refractory furnace 10; and a lid part 50 facing outward and provided so as to be openable and closable in the rapid heating chamber 30. A refractory material 43 is provided on a surface of the door 42 on the side of the refractory furnace 10. According to the present invention, the door 42 is opened to introduce high-temperature air from the refractory furnace 10 into the rapid heating chamber 30 at a stroke. Thereby, an object in the rapid heating chamber 30 is rapidly heated.
