To provide a heating toilet seat device that surely detects movement of a user that starts entering a room in the toilet room, and enables the user to spend time comfortably in the toilet room with low power consumption.
The heating toilet seat device includes: a toilet seat set up in the toilet room; a heating part that heats the toilet seat; a door set up in the doorway of the toilet room where the user enters and exits the room; a sensor part that detects by the radio wave that the user exists outside of the toilet room opens the door and that the user enters the toilet room; and a control art that controls the heating part and the sensor part. In the heating toilet seat device, the control part controls sanitary devices in the toilet room based on approach time from detecting at least by the sensor part, the user opening the door until the user entering the room.
