PURPOSE: To eliminate danger of electric leakage or the like by turning both ends of a connection cord to prevent damages to the cord, avoiding twisting or the like of the cord.

CONSTITUTION: In a heating toilet seat in which a toilet seat 3 is mounted on a toilet body free to open or close through a pivot part 8 and a heating element is provided in the toilet seat 3. cord pullout parts 9 and 10 are provided on the side of the toilet body and on the side of the toilet seat 3 respectively and both end parts of a connection cord 11 arranged freely turnably are mounted at the pullout sections 9 and 10. Moreover, the toilet body 2 is provided with a toilet lid allowed to house the connection cord 11 free to open or close. A waterproofing means is provided at both the ends of the connection cord 11 to allow the waterproofing of the cord pullout sections 9 and 10.
