To provide a heating tube for condensation in a tube and its manufacturing method, which has an excellent condensation heat-transfer performance, enhances performance of a heat exchanger, and contributes to energy conservation.
In this heating tube 10, a plurality of wicks 2 are welded on a copper plate, which is formed into a tube body 1, a great number of continuous fins 1a are formed through a finning-work to respective parts between the wicks 2 on the copper plate. The copper plate, on which wicks 2 and a great number of fins 1a are formed, is rounded into a tube with the wicks 2 and the fins 1a placed inside, and the tube is welded at the joint part 3. The fins 1a facilitate the refrigerant flow, and refrigerant condensation proceeds. Heat-transfer area is greatly enlarged by the wicks 2, and the condensation proceeds pronouncedly.
