Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformalize a temperature of a heating type cutting blade which cuts a synthetic resin sheet.SOLUTION: A cutting blade 1 comprises a body part 20 having a slender shape, and two cutting parts 21, 22 which are formed integrally with the body part 20. The body part 20 has a recess 40 on a bottom surface 38, and the cutting parts 21, 22 is so formed as to project from the bottom surface 38 of the body part 20 while sandwiching the recess 40 therebetween. In the interior of the body part 20, a heater 62 for heating the cutting blade 1, and a thermoelectric couple 64 for measuring a temperature are provided. The cutting parts 21, 22 receive heat of the heater 62 via the body part 20, and are heated to a prescribed temperature. The body part 20 and the cutting parts 21, 22 are provided with a ceramic heat insulation layer 70 for suppressing heat radiation. All faces of the body part 20 excluding an equipment clip face 36 are covered with the ceramic heat insulation layer 70, and the ceramic heat insulation layer 70 is continuously provided on areas of the cutting parts 21, 22 excluding tips 56.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
