Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load-resistant resin wear-resistant thick squitter used for the heavy-article loading/carrying steel rack floor ground surface of an iron coil or a power generator and formed into a simple shape to improve durability and shorten exchanging time simultaneously with achievement of more compact components.SOLUTION: A thick wear-resistant squitter provided with a gap between the lower floor ground rear surface of a steel rack and the floor is set as an exchange system fitted via a recessed tray with a separated surrounding flange. A screw hole is formed in the rack. The thick squitter fitted in the tray is formed so as to be fixed by a bolt by providing a bolt hole with the different diameter step of an external expanded diameter penetrating from a ground floor surface, and the head top part of the fixing bolt is formed to be housed within the peripheral edge part position of the tray.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
