Abstract:
To provide a heavy corrosion-resistant coated steel material having an excellent impact resistance, in which the edge of anti-corrosion coating and protective coating is hardly peeled off even in a marine environment.SOLUTION: The steel material surface has a composite coating structure where a first primer layer A1, a corrosion resistant coating layer B, a second primer layer A2, and a protective coating layer C are laminated in this order from the lower layer side, an end of this composite coating has extending sections A10 and A20 where the primer layers A1 and A2 outwardly extend rather than the end of the corrosion resistant coating layer B, the end of the corrosion resistant coating layer B is sealed between the primer layers A1 and A2 by surface bonding of them, and an end of the protective coating layer C is bonded to the steel material via the extending sections A10 and A20 of the primer layers A1 and A2. There is no end section which to be a starting point for peeling off of the corrosion resistant coating layer B at an end of the composite coating, and the end of the protective coating layer C is directly bonded to the steel material 1 via the extending sections A10 and A20 of the primer layers A1 and A2, thus high adhesiveness of the covering end is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
