PURPOSE: To enhance the storage stability, solubility to cold water, washing effect, and cloth softening characteristic by blending a nonionic surfactant, a bleaching agent (activator), a detergency boosting agent being certain sugar ether, and detergent builder salt.

CONSTITUTION: (A) a nonionic surfactant (e.g. ethxylated/propoxylated 13-15C fatty alcohol), (B) a bleaching agent (e.g. sodium perborate.monohydrate), (C) a bleaching activating agent (e.g. tetracetylethylenediamine), (D) a detergency boosting agent being a sugar ether contains at least one long-chain alkyl group (e.g. a mixture of a monoalkyl glucose ether and a dialkyl glucose ether), and, if desired, (E) a detergent builder salt are blended.
