To provide a heavy load carry-in/out apparatus manufacturable at a comparatively low cost, capable of easily carrying even a heavy load of large weight in and out of a container, and easily transported to the other place because of being easily assembled and disassembled.
A heavy load carry-in/out apparatus includes a moving frame 1 comprising a left side frame 2 and a right side frame 3 disposed in parallel with a space; a center frame 6 mounted projecting to the tip side; a swing frame 7 turnable in a vertical direction; a fork unit 12 mounted to the tip part the swing frame 7; and a turning means 15 for turning the swing frame 7. A space between the left side frame 2 and the right side frame 3 is wider than the width dimension of a container for carrying in a heavy load. The center frame and the swing frame 7 can be integrally inserted in the container. The swing frame has a length that allows the carry-in into the inner part of the container, and is constituted to move a fork 14 vertically while keeping it horizontal.
