Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy metal recovering apparatus and a heavy metal recovering method which can recover heavy metals appearing at the time of melting treatment or combustion treatment of waste by a simple process requiring no time and no labor and to provide a waste treating apparatus equipped with the heavy metal recovering apparatus.
SOLUTION: Heavy metal in flying ashes is changed to powdery ferritized metal by being brought into contact with a heated iron material in a ferritization treatment apparatus 13 and a filter apparatus 10 recovers the flying ashes containing the powdery ferritized metal. A magnetic sorting apparatus 14 sorts out the powdery ferritized metal as a magnetic matter from the flying ashes recovered by the filter apparatus 10.
