Abstract:
To provide a heavy metal treatment facility for river silt.SOLUTION: A heavy metal treatment facility for river silt comprises a mixing box, in which: a mixing space is installed in the mixing box; an adsorption box is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the mixing box; and an adsorption space that is communicated with the mixing space is installed in the adsorption box. In the mixing space, a mixing device capable of performing stirring is installed, and a charging device for charging a passivation agent is installed on the right side of the mixing space. The present invention makes it possible to remove heavy metals from silt and treat them more effectively by two methods, a passivation agent reaction and a zeolite adsorption. The charging device can manually set the amount of charge. It can be linked with the mixing and stirring mechanism, and at the same time, the passivation agent can be metered into the mixing stirring mechanism. The mixing stirring mechanism is vibrated left and right by driving the stirring impeller upon agitation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
