To provide a heavy oil reformer of which the operation can be safely stopped by preventing not only the adhesion of coke formed from a heavy oil to main apparatuses constituting the reformer but also the lineage blocking due to the adhered coke; a stopping method of the reformer; and a gas turbine equipped with the reformer.
The heavy oil reformer 1 has a reaction vessel 50 for generating a reformed fuel 15a by reforming a heavy oil 11a by subjecting a mixed fluid 13a consisting of the heavy oil 11a and water 12a to hydrothermal reaction at a high temperature under a high pressure and a preheater 42 for heating the mixed fluid 13a flowing into the reaction vessel 50. In the heavy oil reformer 1, a water tank 34 for storing water 14a and a water supply pipe 108 for supplying water 14a stored in the water tank 34 to the upper stream side of the preheater 42 are arranged. Water 14a is supplied from the water tank 34 through the water supply pipe 108 to the preheater 42 and the reaction vessel 50, thus enabling the heavy oil present in the preheater 42 and the reaction vessel 50 to be purged away from the system.
