To provide a fastening implement in which a back belt is automatically raised to hold a heel part by applying body weight on the foot in a standing state when putting on footwear.

A main body 1 provided with a rotary shaft 2 on the sole at the lower part of the vicinity of the foot arch of the footwear is provided on both side faces of the footwear and the back belt 5 at the distal end and a pull-down band 6 attached to the rear part of the footwear are mounted on a back belt insertion hole. The back belt 5 is automatically raised by the load of the body weight at the time of putting it on and the heel is fixed. Also, by pulling down the band 6, it is easily taken off.
