PURPOSE: To change the back face part below a heel or a side face part in the vicinity thereof and to reuse it even when it is worn or broken by providing a heel lift on the bottom face part at the lower end of the heel, on at least the back face part and the side face part in the vicinity thereof below the heel.

CONSTITUTION: A heel 30 is provided below the heel part of a shoe main body 10. The heel 30 comprises a heel main body 31 and a heel lift 32. The heel lift 32 occupies the bottom face at the lower end of the heel 30, the back face at the lower part of the heel 30 and both the side faces in the vicinity of the back face. The heel lift 32 has a base part 321 and a rising part 322 and is provided with protrusions 323 for attaching to the heel main body 31. The back face and the side face of the rising part 322 except the upper face thereof are used for the lower back face of the heel 30 and the side face in the vicinity of the back face. For attaching the heel lift 32, the protrusions 323 may be press-fitted into the holes 313 of the heel main body 31 so as to meet the upper face of the heel lift 32 with the lower end bottom face 311 and the lower fitting part 312 of the heel main body 31.
