PURPOSE: To easily correct the positional deviation of an insert lock due to strain or slant of a gas cylinder container and adjust the container, by erecting a skeleton on a concrete base plate by use of an adjust member having long holes.

CONSTITUTION: An adjust member 28 composed of a flat plate 30 and a hook- shaped vertical member 32 is fixed at a specified position on a concrete base plate 12 by anchor bolts 36 and a skeleton 16 is attached to the vertical member 32 to fasten through long holes 34 with adjust bolts 44 to form an upper structure together with side plates, back plate, and door members. When there is a positional deviation between the lock body of an insert lock in the door member and the receive member, some of adjust bolts 44 in the adjust member 28 are loosened to vertically adjust the skeleton 16. And further, after positioning, the bolts are further fastened to adjust the strain, torsion, inclination, etc., of the cylinder container.
