In a cloth bag which is to be a pillow main body 1, an article to be a filler such as 'buckwheat shell' or 'bead' is filled to 80% or so while leaving an extra space for the bag, and the bag is closed, and the pillow main body 1 which becomes a triangular shape from a base 1a to a tip end part 1b, is formed. On one end of the pillow main body 1, a hook-and-loop fastener male piece 2 is attached from the top to the bottom when seen under a using state. In this case, the hook-and-loop fastener male piece 2 is made approx. 3 cm. A hook-and-loop fastener female piece 3 is attached from the base 1a to the tip end part 1b of the pillow main body 1. At the time of usage, the height can be adjusted depending on a sticking place of the hook-and-loop fastener.
