PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the height adjustment, and also allow the stepless adjustment for fine adjustment width.
SOLUTION: The base end of a swing arm 1 is rotatably connected to an oscillating shaft supported by a body, a torsion coil spring 17 for energizing the swing arm 1 to the extension side of a damper 21 is wound on the oscillating shaft, and the base end of an arm 10 is rotatably mounted on the oscillating shaft. One end of the torsion coil spring is connected to the swing arm 1, the other end to the arm 10, and the free end of the arm 10 is connected to the body side through a turn buckle 13.
