A bolt shaft 2 is rotatably inserted into a pedestal 3. The bolt 2 can be rotated with the pedestal 3 placed on the ground, the amount of the installed object M screwed into a female screw part S is adjusted, and the height of the installed object M is adjusted. A plurality of through-holes 32 are provided in the peripheral face of the pedestal 3. After the height adjustment is completed, fixing adhesive agent 7 is invaded from the through-hole 32 into the pedestal 3 to fix a lock nut 5 for the bolt shaft 2 in the pedestal 3. Thus, the rattling of the installed object can be prevented and, at the same time, the pedestal 3 can be fixed to the floor surface F.
