Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a height adjusting mechanism by turnably linking leg parts to the respective holding terminal parts of a base member and adjusting the height of the base member by rotating the respective leg parts. SOLUTION: A heater for child has a base part 2, which is made almost horizontal in case of use and holding almost vertical holding columns, matress holding body structure is held on the holding columns, for example, and on this structure, a matress is arranged for holding a child. Besides, a radiating heat source, namely, a heat source like a heater is provided. The base part 2 is provided with a base thember 9, and leg parts 7 and 8 are extended from terminal parts 30 and 31 of the base member 9 and can be freely turned around the axial line of the base member 9. Then, the turning action of a control member 15 executed by expanding an electric linear actuator 16 is converted to the extending action and pulling action of operating struts 22 and 22 and the leg parts 7 and 8 are turned around the axial line of the base member 9 so that the base member 9 can be vertically moved.
