To set height freely by holding an arbitrary support by a base, in which a shower head hanging section is formed on a front face, and a spring and a sub-stop rubber are installed on a rear face, and a hold-down section, in which a main stop rubber is mounted on an upper section.

An arbitrary support is held to two mounting guide sections 7 formed to the rear of a base 2 through hold-down section mounting sections 8, and a hold-down section 10 is installed. A main stop rubber 4 is set up to the upper section of the internal surface of the hold-down section 10, and a spring 6 is fitted to the upper sections of the guide sections 7 and a sub-stop rubber 5 to lower sections. A shower head is hung to a shower head hanging section 3. The spring 6 is shrunk so that the upper section of the front of the shower head hanger is pushed lightly against the support, holding-down by the main stop rubber 4 and the sub-stop rubber 5 is released, and the main stop rubber 4 and the sub-stop rubber 5 are moved vertically. The same applies even when a shower head is hung. Accordingly, the shower head hanger can be adjusted in a stepless manner simply by one hand when eyes are closed as the washing of hair and a face.
