Abstract:
To provide equipment and a method for held matter chromatography.
The method for preparing a basic material for detecting at least one matter being analyzed in a sample comprises (a) a step for exposing the sample to at least two different selection conditions each defined by the combination of an adsorbate and an eluate so that the adsorbate can hold the matter being analyzed, (b) a step for determining at least one selection conditions for holding the matter being analyzed by desorption spectrometry, and (c) a step for preparing the basic material containing at least one adsorbates of determined selection conditions.
