Abstract:

To reduce the cost by simplifying a configuration and a manufacturing process, and easily and finely adjusting the resonance frequency.

A helix-shaped antenna pattern 12 is formed a plurality of silver conductors on the surface of a bobbin 11 that is made of a ceramic with low inductivity, and further the entire outer periphery of the bobbin 11 of a cylindrical member including the antenna pattern 12 is coated with an overcoat 13 made of resist glass. Also, in its manufacturing method, a pressure membrane printing process is used to form the antenna pattern 12 on the surface of the bobbin 11, and the resist glass is sintered on it before being coated with the overcoat 13. Also, by removing the tip of the antenna pattern 12 that is formed at the helical antenna along with the overcoat 13 by laser trimming, a desired resonance frequency is obtained.
